I really just started learning how to change areas, so this probably won't be too great. I've always liked the Plaguelands and Tristfall glades, but I'm alliance. So, I decided to turn Elwynn into a nice cheery dead place.







Really the only thing left for me to do with it is change the sky boxes, change the building models to the Duskwood ones, and possibly change the wildlife into undead things.

Ran into small roadblocks.

I'm not entirely sure how to change Skyboxes, and to lessen the ammount of grass models you see.

Changed out the blacksmith's building to Duskwood's Abandoned one, aswell.

Ah, yeah. Thanks for that.

Now I just have to figure out sky box changing. I'd use GlitchyMES, but I get an error with that. I've gone in and tried to edit Light.dbc manually, but it hasn't seemed to work. Which there could be a possibility of me using the wrong Skybox ID.

When I did my Skyboxes with it I always got a error , it worked just fine tho when adding it into the game.

'INVALID_PARAMETERS' wouldnt be it, would it? =P

Crashes the program every time I try to save an MPQ with the skybox changes.

Actually, that's the error . Don't know about MWCS crashing when saving the MPQ tho.

Yeah. It crashes, and saves the unfinished files to the directory before it crashes. Doesnt seem to work.
