EDIT: dont hate on my dranei i dont play alliance nemore that char was already in stormwind so i used him. second ima n00b. third skip to about half way if you already know how to get there lol.

But it seems like you changed the terrain at the ramp, because i get up MUCH easier, with a level 1 not even jumping.
