This is the ****in' best makro I've ever seen. You can use it for every class and it's amazing for arena.

Basic build:

/cast [target=focus] Fear; Fear
/focus [target=focus,noexists]; [target=focus,dead] 
/clearfocus [target=focus,help] 

Yo, replace " Fear; Fear " with the cast you wanna use, there is only "Fear" because I use it for fearing as a warlock.

What makes this macro?
This macro creats a 'focus target'. As soon as you target someone and press that macro will a window appear of the one you've targeted while pressing the macro. If you use the macro the second time, it will cast the cast you entered into the macro on your determinated focus target. Example:
You are a druid and play 5v5. You're healing the warrior and want to cyclone your opponents healer. If you determined the opponents healer first, you can keep having your warrior in target and per pressing the macro, cycloning your opponents healer. Sexy, huh?

Dunno if this macro was posted before. This has been a Teufel production and made by himself.

Yeah helped me too, now my rating has broken the 2300 limit because our druid cyclones as fast as hell .
EVERYBODY who makes arena should use this, best I've ever seen

you can do this with anything, poly for example which helps me in raids alot
this macro is win with counterspell though but takes time before you get the catch of it, when you CS the healer and when you wanna CS ur target :P
