Does anyone know why my UI always looks like this:

Well I don't know if you know that you have to fool around with the settings and options to fit your character? It's usually a /*** command to start up the UI settings ect.

I figured it out, now I need a good ui to use..spartan ui is giving me lua errors i guess it's old...do you guys have any recomendations? I like a very sleek looking ui.

Cy-Circled makes the buttons circled, and Bartender3 makes the buttons moveable like that, and fubar is the thing at the top. There ya go, jjust search em on curse
