But the addon itself does nothing, you should download a profile to work with the addon. You can check some profiles here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
The Target frames and oUF like was posted, The action bars is Tukui on the other hand, and it can only be edited if you know LUA language perfect, which you even asking what it is proves you don't.
So just try get something else or you could also try downloading the addon layout/pack I have posted [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Pretty simple to setup.
