Hideous.
All I can say about this, but I will suggest some things:

First of all:

• There's no Portraits making it hard to determine the mob / player.
• The Buttons are seriously squashed up, making it hard to see the spell being casted.
• The Menu in the top left corner is weirdly-small and disturbing.
• The texture of the UI Frames at the bottom is plane and dull.
• You target's casting bar / target is squashed and hard to determine?

Good things:

• Buff tracking-thing is pretty cool (I actually want to ask you what that's called).
• You used Sexy Minimap which is a good thing.

I hope my suggestions will help you make your UI better, good luck!

• Porttraits can be in there if you choose that option in AG_unitframes.
• Since I already know in my head what buttons and which keybinds are there it isnt a problem for me having them masshed together. I do see how this would be un efficient for someone else.
• Yeah and the menu I can agree on that, couldnt find a better place.
• I think its just fine with my casting bar I like it

And I do appreciate ur feedback. My UI is not done yet. It just lets say a little preview I like to mix it up while I am going.

Will provide more and better in like a week or so.

It can either be DoTimer Or Quartz

Its "Quartz" if you mean the tracker of the dots above the cast bar

the buffs thing is "Elkanos buff bar" I think
