Some addons I'd like to highlight is
BindPad
BindPad is an addon to make KeyBindings for spells, items, and macros.
You no longer need actionbar slots just to make Key bindings for your macores etc.
BindPad addon provides many icon slots in its frame. You can drag and drop
anything into one of these slots, and click the slot to set KeyBindings.
OptionLessHouse
OptionlessHouse is a master control panel, and performance monitor for addons. Originally this was both of those as well as a centralized configuration mod but due to the default Blizzard configuration page now this part has been discontinued in 3.0, the addon/performance panels were brought back due to user requests.
The MCP does the basics, enabling, disabling, load LoadOnDemand addon, as well as general addon meta data. The performance panel lets you see memory, memory used per a second, CPU usage and CPU usage per a second if CPU profiling is enabled.
Skada
Imagine Omen and Recount in ONE, YES you heard right! It includes Threat and damage done w/e you need when you're pveing!
Drag N Drop already made pictures to make your own UI? If so I think I know one!
@Divishona, Think I've seen one addon which let you import already made pictures, might have been eepanels/kgpanels with pictures :P but with pictures it should be quite easy to just place them wherver you like?
