Swipe/Lacerate/Switch Target

Can anyone make a macro that will let you cast swipe lacerate and switch target but swiper and lacerate before it switch targets ive been working on it for the past hour and havent gotten it :/

any good? not sure why but just don't think its going to work. also there is no macro to switch target (that i know of), just use tab
