For people not sure on how to download this file:
1. Open it up with WinRAR ( if you don't have WinRAR just extract it to your desktop).
2. Place the file into your C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns folder.\
3. Open up WoW and login to your account.
4. There should be a little bar at the bottom left corner of your screen, make sure you click this and make sure "Titan Panel" and everything else is checked in that you wish to use.
Thanks for the share for the community. I use this addon as well and find it very useful. +rep
I found this very useful in Retail but when I to use it on private realms , it gets buggy (not being able to remove certain portions of the addon i.e the durability status and etc) but other than that its great :P

personally i'd say fubar anyday over titan.
no1. titan uses alot more memory no2. the amount of extra functions that fubar has over titan makes it more versatile.
also being ace2 you can easily recode errors when new patches come in and it can easily be updated with the wowaceupdater
