Not to sound totally stupid. but is there anything specfically to assimilate his WTF file? Should I just replace mine with his?

Delete your old one and paste his into your WoW folder. When you log onto your account and play a toon a new folder is made.

Also if you have macros etc you like back em up before you delete your WTF

I'm just wondering whats the difference between the bought version and the free version. I'd be searching myself but with my internet capped at 6kb/s through 4 computers its pretty difficult just to browse mmowned

In a nutshell, the purchased version isnt gimped like Carbonite Quest (the free version) is.

The full version of Carbonite comes with lots of pre-loaded vendors, quest givers, etc. before you speak to them. Also the 'google earth' feature is fully enabled. with the free version when you zoom in, you zoom into the Blizzard map. With the full version, as you zoom in, it will switch to a terrain map similar to your mini-map when you get close enough.

i put his accoutn folder in my accounts thing and it still says it needs to verify. how do i do that?

Sorry to bump an old topic but i've noticed alot of people had a little trouble getting the crack to work as I did at first, so figured i'd combine the helpful info from the 2-3 carbonite posts on mmowned. The crack itself are the symbols inside his config.wtf, you'll need to put those 3 lines inside your config.wtf. Problem was (for me and a few others), took me a minute to realize notepad doesn't convert the symbols just right.

First you'll need to download [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and open your config.wtf usually located in C:\\Programs\World Of Warcraft\WTF\

Then you'll need the "crack" which you can get from Ragg's config.wtf, or just download the 3 lines you'll need from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

Open up your config.wtf, and paste the three lines from the "crack" txt to the bottom. Hails, your done. Thank you to Ragg for sharing his paid addon with us, it's really cool. Also thanks to deadca7 for the ever coming realization that I needed Context or similar.

Thanks again sir! Would it be possible for you to share the newer version (2.4), the current version works just fine with only a few quest errors/bugs but I keep getting "new version available" popups. Was just curious if you could upload the new download for us or if you'd have to pay. Either or thanks for your time.
