This spec is awsome for shocking and mana efficiancy for raids and more importantly pvp. it has a 1 sec less shock which really helps for interupting so people can barley get a cast off and it costs less mana then normal. I go longer in raids without running out of mana which my guild seems to like =) i know 5 of my freinds have used this spec and are still using after i showed them this so please +rep!

2 your build isnt as good as you claim

all the points u put in ele, should of been in resto.

the 5 points in convection is pointless, as with out it I can get it to be at 126-9 mana with shamanistic focas which is up nearly up 80% of the time anyway.

for only a 1 sec decrease in shock spells is very pointless and isn't worth 5 points.

take out those points and you can have a build like this

u get an extra 3% chance to hit with your weapons/spells
reduced mana on healing/totems

or you can change the points in nature guidens and put them into healing focas for a better survival chance

ive left thingys in restro so that at Wotlk, I get Nature's Guidance, and w/e is next in enhancment tree.

This spec totally sucks for both PvE and PvP. I can't stress enough that RAID UTILITY > DAMAGE . Back in the good old pre-bc days I used to run BWL as holy dps on my priest, as smite is (or used to be) the best scaling with spell dmg spell priest has. Even though I was the king of dps meters (out-dps'd by holy priest lololololoolololo), I didn't provide any raid utility or whatever. This spec has no points spent in improving totems (5/5 Anticipation over totem improvements is a joke, rite?). Also without Nature's Guidance your special attacks (such as Stormstrike and Windfury) won't be hit-caped so you basically lose a LOT of dps.
