How should i spec my Belf pally i know holy is the best for it (but i hate holy)
but i do love holy shock!

i would go with a protection spec

when you hit 70 go holy or you will not be accepted into any raids, unless you plan to PvP at 70....in which case i would sugest a Ret/Prot mix

I like PvP more, though, but I do both sides of the game... Just costs 50g for each respec from PvE Ret to PvP Ret...

i've got a level 70 holy pally and atm i'm holy/prot for raid with 41 points in holy and 20 in prot for the 15 second reduction on HoJ cooldown to put HoJ on a 35 sec cooldown along with the 4 piece set bonus from gladiator gear, i mostly pvp and i love the short CD on the stun, helps alot i find.
I leveled till 30 as Ret and then i went prot for 10 levels then back to ret for 10 and then back to prot ( i aoe grinded as prot, its quite fun) i then went holy from 60-70 to get used to healing (never done it before) and i did alot of instances, i've been prot a few times and tanked 90% of kara with some decent gear but i'm now gearing up to go ret since its been so long and i can't wait

I suggest going Retribution spec for levelling. Retribution is the best spec for questing, which is mainly killing mobs one at a time. Questing is the quickest way to level up, especially after 2.3. At 70, spec for whatever you want to do. Retribution has received nice buffs and is decent in pvp DPSing (but is HEAVILY gear dependent). Holy = healing. Prot = tanking instances.

I play Retribution, and I like it but will I have prob. when I hit 70, for raids.

i think prot is best plus i think pally tanks are serious ownage and im even a warrior
