Good PvP. Not to great for PvE, but... thats not what this htread was suggesting.

This spec sux now.
Tactical mastery is an undispensable skill.
Actually, with imp intercept and second wind, it's the most usefull pvp talent for a warrior.

A real pvp spec : 33.25.3 for 2V2 and 3v3
41/20 spec is now viable , for the 5v5 bracket
