what would you rather have, a 2% damage increase to all or a 15 damage increase to a move you will never use in pvp because of resilience? rhetorical question if you didn't catch that.... it does matter if you want to do a bit more damage without wasting points on something no experienced pvper would use.

because the damage will be about the same unless you go into the decimals.
why don't you think all the top rogues pick Evis instead of Murder then?

and again.. wouldnt you rather have a decimal %age increase instead of nothing because the tech is useless in pvp?

I'd say its impossible to determine the best spec, it all depends on your playstyle, which abilities you use, when do you time them and overall, do you use re-stealthing methods and so on. Personally I'm rolling with 15/0/rest, and it works perfectly for my playstyle.

what bracket are you in? 1500s, if yes, then yea, specs really don't matter, but when you're talking about 2K+ specs do matter, and ShS is the best spec for now.
