okay Mate these are PvP specs and the specs you put points into assassination your wasting them in the talent "Murder" its one of the most useless talents

for shadowstep assassination use

imp evis I disagree, resil greatly midgitates the damage thus making evis not a viable choice in a pvp situation. It would be better to do a stun lock or lay bleeds. The only time one would use evis in a pvp situation is with assassination when they are low health and you are using cold blood.

Murder is a great talent, i dont know what you are talking about
and like dmc22 said, imp evis is uselss because of the resil mitigation
