i'm interested in making a PvE warrior just to run around with when i'm bored with my other chars.

i've never made a warrior and i'm looking for any good builds with high survivability and good dps. should i go 2h or 1h/shield?

If this for running around I think fury is much better because if in arms you'll wait a loooong time between attacks

If you are looking for a leveling / killing spec (which is the idea when we make a non-twink alt right?)
I'm gonna recommend fury / shallow end of prot

ever few level make the sacrifice into prot so that few times you are asked to tank, some random low lv crap, YOU CAN! it rocks!
mind you I collected gear for tanking as well as dps along the way.
I've just started on arms as i'm approaching 70 now, so don't touch it if you are leveling and not pvping...
even when pvp does happen, last stand to 12k hp @67 says this won't be easy...

2 easy warrior tips: slow main hand, slow off hand once you get ww and berserker stance.
The 2nd, hit rating i don't care if it leather it has hit rating get it, yes even at low level, once you get 2 weapons your chance to hit with your OH sucks, make it better, make it count...

thats what I've done and its going good for me ^^
