Well, I am sure that I am not the only one who gets annoyed at how little rep you can give every 24 hours, especially when you see something that really deserves rep.
So, I think there should be a way you can set up people on your rep queue, when you can give rep, the amount of rep will be given.
So... /discuss ?

If you are a leecher and want to give someone 2 rep you give him 1 rep and go spread 9 then you give him 1 rep again.
