I think General Chat should be under the catagory General.
Why? I see useless threads not pertaining to WoW in the WoW General section.
People want to post anything in WoW General because it is at the top of the forum. If you move General Chat to the top I bet it will help out a bit.

Prime example. Marlo posted something about buying a laptop in the "WoW General" Section. |

You see all the "General Sections" on the bottom, but the top is named "General" then you have "WoW General" at the top.
The top should be community based.
-Announcements
-Suggestions
-General Chat
-Private Sections
Then with the rest.
The bottom "Discussions" should be named "Off-Topic" since they do not have anything to do with WoW.
