I think we need to make an amendment to the rules, allow cracks here, I mean, we have hacks why not add cracks? lol kinda funny.
And add a new thread for it but do the following, MUST be scanned and properly named. Do not make repost of THE EXACT same post, plz discuss. |

Blizzard didn't make hacks, people did, so they aren't an issue.
Edit: I honestly don't know much about Warez and hacks and such, so don't be all shocked if I get this crap wrong, just going with what I've been told.

If we could pull it off, /signed.
If only we could get Walmart to co-sponsor MMowned.
I got afew ideas.
1) Terms+conditions for you to enter warez section first time you go into section per login.
2) no Donators unless they contrib (so companies don't buy their way in)
3) No torrent hosting
4) all DL links must be saved to a .txt which u must DL to get the link for warez
5) Virus scans, give out infractions for viruses/rabbits/worms/Trojans etc
6) For cracks you can only link to another website where the post is.
7) all posts, and downloadable Text links must include liability waiver, and terms of usage.
8) the names of products that cost money must be replaced in part by icons/foreign signs to hide from searches
9) rules from hacks/bots section apply.
10) no pr0nz
11)Enforcement of above mentioned policy
12) Block the IP-ranges of companies whose products frequently cracked? kinda like matt did to blizz...
Arguments:
*Emulation of WoW does violate copyright...
*Emulation does hurt Blizzard's profits
*Scamming section does use programs which are used to commit what can be interpreted as grand theft should the accounts stolen have an official value over 300$
*More to come as I think
