I think that we should change the color of the [NO QUESTIONS HERE] sign to red so it will be more noticeable and there will be a lot less arguing over it.Just an idea though.

Actually besides the [No Questions Here] in red we could change it so when you scroll over the submit thread button it will say in large letters "REMEBER NO QUESTIONS HERE!!"
