I agree with this, people keep going "+rep" and then either not clicking the button (assuming it happens by magic), or just clicking OK without changing it from 0. At least this will solve half the problem.

Agreed. 0 Rep FTL. I don't get why 0 rep would even be put into the list, because if you give somebody 0 rep for a useless post, why bother giving it rep at all? |

When you choose 0 rep , you actually give maximum rep (as much as your rep power allows anyway) . |
