So I was thinking, to increase the number of reports and make the moderators job easier, we could have an option where when someone reports a post, and a mod takes action to that post, the mod will gave the person who reported 1/4 of a rep. This will make it so you can't just report 10 posts and get zomg elite, but it's also enough to make sure people will continue to report posts.
Due to a tad bit of confusion, I made a certain part a tad bit more noticable

Thats a very good idea Cheezeit , although mods sometimes rep members for their reports .
But an automatic system would be great .

ive never been reped for reports, though i dont want to, lol. Think people will just start rep farming |

Think people will just start rep farming | Thats the beauty of the thing, if people start rep farming..It get's rid of the post, the only chance it can be abused is if people start reporting posts wrongfully, then they get the banstick  Also, the way this would work is you would only get the rep if the mods took action to the post.

I don't really like this idea. It would be too open for abuse. Unless you can find a 'secure' way to distribute way I don't think it's a good idea. |
