New MMOwned Menu Bar?
Well TBH I got tired of going to mmowned.com/forums instead of just clicking a link on the menu bar and I think if we had a new menu bar then we would get more users to all sections and people could see what we have easier, I even took the liberty of making a new one.

NOTE: this uses hover command and is all done in CSS and XHTML it will most likely not work for IE 6 and earlier versions, use conditional comments to show the old menu bar for them!!!

Here's the old one compared to one I made:

Anyway I didn't validate because I'm lazy I don't know what type of xhtml this site uses strict or w/e so I just scripted it, if you want the code because you're too lazy to use web developer toolbar I'll post it here.

I don't care if you use this menu bar or not I personally like it better and it's also smaller so it saves up room. It also has a lot more sections on it. If you want me to edit it in anyway just tell me

I just think something where the text isn't so misaligned. Maybe a different color since grey is boring. It doesn't need a new layout. Just a few fixes imo.

is it just my browser?

have that problem in every "section" with blue background. (General,warhammer online, age of conan, diablo series, programmin)

I tried to make the new one similar to the old one, it uses all the same images and colors everything on the new one is from the old one the only difference is this one uses hover and it has more sections :\ I can make it better looking if you want, I was just trying to match this one with the site

Whilst I believe the current menu could be improved, I don't see your suggestion as an improvement. It's messy, hover menus in that fashion are irritating and the styling changes you've made seem to make it look worse.

Just my opinion.
