Remove TOTM Icon choice when creating Thread...
When people make a thread they have a Choice to put the TOTM icon on their thread, this may be misleading due to people clicking on it thinking its been nominated.

As you can see from my post, I just did it, Did you click here thinking this thread got nomimated?
