Remove the option to adjust text color and size. It's so annoying looking through posts and some no name has a big, bright yellow text just to be flamboyant.
Either make it for only higher user groups (still annoying), make it only available when creating a thread (probably hard to implement), or enforce it (lazy mods might have a problem)

I think that some of the text-size and fonts can get annoying, but they are useful when used in a good way.
Text-colors are great to make some text, or someones posts, stand out amongst the default grey. |

Disable it for new users, up until a certain user group. Then, allow color but not font styles or sizes.
