Hey, I think it would be a cool idea if MMMOwned had it's own Twitter page, we could generate a lot of buzz there and hopefully get a lot of followers bringing more members to the site...

Reputation: 148 Points: 12,968, Level: 14 | Level up: 52%, 632 Points needed | | | Personally i see a twitter account as a free way to bolster mmowned's traffic. many of the people on twitter are actually computer illiterate and have a higher chance to click ads, and the fact that they check out the site increases the pool to select possible contributing members. as that goes up we also get people who arent total forum trolls.
Once you ignore that, it still helpes keep our image as a well established website. we could have like a group twitter admins use or something as well to get more interaction with members to keep them here.
While the website is a share of information, MMOwned is still a business. when costs>profits website goes down. i think MMOwned should get itself a PR type group or something to manage social network sites. and twitter and stuff, great way to improve our image and traffic, as well as pissing the hell out of blizzard.
Cons: Were giving mods more work dealing with new members, and we would have to assign the twitter to be kept by somebody or a group of somebodies.
