Would stopping it by utilizing the search function and allowing it to post if a certain similarity arose in the results? Idk if its probable but mayby restrict it by rank and have a option to queue it up to a mod to approve thread. It might help idk just a random suggestion . |

Having Mods Approve threads?
I'm exactly sure, but like right now when you type in the name of the topic a list of similar names or ideas will come-up saying that posts like yours were already made.  |
