[Layout] Change the layout to match WotLK theme.

Since WotLK came out you should update the illidan and the green ugly bars to WotLK theme.

I made a little showoff about how could/should it be.

Looks pretty good but Im pretty sure this has been suggested numerous times. I dont think the current theme is going anywhere.

I can't remember 100%, but last I saw a suggestion like thism KuRIoS said that if someone made a new layout they would have a look at it.

But as said in your post in the grapich section, turn down the light, so that it does not ligth up the box. Else then that, cool layout
