Why: Prevents necro-ing of threads.

Then execute it on the whole DB. |

But I have been told that any thing posted after a period of 2-3 weeks is considered bumping. As well as that, reporting any thing over a month old is ignored.
I may be wrong, but I just wanted to say what I have been told in the past.
