Ok so i was looking at a post that was just a copy of another post... like word for word and the guy was trying to take credit for it . I was pretty pissed about it... so i got this idea i know (or at least think) that some people can -rep but i thought that maybe that power could be given to everyone, BUT
they can only take away rep that they have given to said person. That way people dont just go around -repping everyone. Post what you think about this please don't be to hard on me though

Elites and up used to be able to -rep but it was abused, so now only Legendaries & mods can give -rep now. If everyone could -rep, people would probably give more -rep than +rep.

this is why i said that u can only take -rep from people u gave rep to but from the post above u i guess i see your point...

I think the mods do a good enough job with -rep. It would cause conflicts and battles between members. Also the search system on mmowned isn't always perfect which causes some reposts to occur (although some people don't even try which annoys me). I think that the current system is fine. If no one like the contribution or its a repost, no rep should be given.
