i think once you get a certain rank you should be able to give nagtive rep for bad posts

this can be disputed by the person and a mod can look into it

any thoughts on this?

makemeking.com fourms...it would be like that

you cant rep the same person within 24 hours

and u get only 3-4 reps a day
