I feel you should have to have at least 10 rep (or be a site donater) to enter the "Account Giveaways" forum... if
Such noble prizes should not go to lazy leechers
**If a lazy leecher has an account he wants to share he would be able to post in the section but only view his forum

Half the people that post accounts are not contributers in the first place

The max it should be would be 15... but i think it should only be 10
