We need a rules tab, up there, next to search, user CP, and the like.
There, all the rules should be CLEARLY stated. That way people can't gripe about the rules not being where they should.
Example: The rules are partially in the FAQ, and partially in a thread in general chat. Not everyone (Me included) reads general chat. Therefor we miss new rules, etc.
This would also make all leachers be able to EASILY find the rules.

The only thing I can think of mentioning is that, where with the thread people can see if it has been updated, this new rule system wouldn't have a way of us being informed of changes.

Maybe if there were new rules, the rule button text could be red for a few days.
Sounds like a good idea, I was thinking of something along those lines. Or maybe having some sort of text (like the bawx MotD) that says Rules Updated at the top of the page.

Leechers don't have the bawx, but that would be good for the contribs and such like me xD (Doesn't read general chat... is very air-headed)
