[NO REQUESTS HERE] Tag under emulator server discussion forum

Since there are no requests allowed in the Emulator Server Discussion forum, I think there should be a [NO REQUESTS HERE] tag under it. This has confused many people (including me). A request I posted there at one time got deleted.

No I don't mean that I think there should be no questions, questions are allowed there, but my request I posted there got deleted. So I think if requests aren't allowed there, we should put a [NO REQUESTS HERE] right next to the [emulator servere questions belong here] tag.
