Virusscan plz ? - 03-20-2008
You see it everywhere, every file that gets posted has his first 20 comments : virus scan plz !!!

So my idea is to punish those who are to lazy to just scan or even take a moment to look what for sort file type it is (saw .au3 files getting posts as VIRUS VIRUS... It is the freaking source...) or you can give people something extra when they scan a program (rep, ability,...)

Hopefully some people will support this idea.

Then MMowned would need premium accounts of RS,megaupload,filebeam..., download the file on their servers, scan it with virusscanners like on virustotal.
That would take alot of progress etc.

I really like the part where you say it's a must to include a link/picture or what ever on a virus scan. I hate it when you have to download the file yourself then scan it just to find out that there's some trojan or keylogger imbued into it. You have my support on this idea (yay)

Look just put at the top of the page: "Use at your own risk. No one is liable accept for you." Include a scan of the file from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] or which ever site you prefer and there your go problem solved. Its simple and quick and the person can't blame getting banned on anyone because its stated that no on is liable.

Some reasons why people don't post virus scan is because they have viruses and dont want people to know it! Now don't think like ''OMG he didnt post a virus scan it's a virus in that file!'' it CAN be! So always use Virustotal.com when you download any program is my suggestion!

if u see such a thread, just ignore it. let the n00bs download their keyloggers and such... as long as you guys virusscan it then its ok...
i just reply "do it urself" downloads it and scans it myself... if I post a program then i will include virus scan pic, i hope u guys do the same
