take a look at the green little bar and the "Rep Power: X" tab (in each postbit), Also you can see when someone +1's you and for what post in your User CP.

Check your User CP, I'm sure the people giving it to you (including myself) do not have that much reputation giving power. That way it takes a much longer time to give you a power up. Don't worry. Lots of little factors in adding a point.. Highlight over the green dotty.. You'll notice It tells you how your doing, and in your User CP you can see which posts earned you rep.
