Thought I read somewhere that this patch (or the one before it) removed level requirements for the instances?

Guess I'm Misinterpreting the line:

"Instance portal collision (i.e no stop trying to go through a raid portal without beeing in a raid)" ?

You need the Master's Key to zone into Karazhan. This only removes the door, which has no use.

Well nice done...but keep in mind that this is illegal, instead of race model change(that violates EULA but it's quite approved by GMs)
