The gate for Hyjal doesn't appear anymore but there is an invisible wall blocking you from getting in, not sure if this is avoidable or not.

Yah, I'll check this out today or tomorrow with Map viewer and get the name of the collision, might be able to remove, and may not be able to but I'll try

Yeah the invisible wall for the crypt behind the graveyard in karazhan is still there as well, the gate is removed, but not the invisible wall.
