Hey all, had this lying around from a while ago so I thought I'd share it. This changes the Armored Red Wyvern mount to an Armored White Gryphon with blue armor. It's simple, I know, but hey it looks cool

Rename the .m2 and .blp files to whatever model you want to have it as anything else.

What is the armored gryphon files called in the patch.mpq? I can't see where they put the armor.

RidingWyvernArmored.m2 -This is the Model (with armor)
RidingWyvernArmoredWing_Brown.blp -This is the Wings texture
RidingWyvernArmoredSkin_Brown.blp -This is the texture on the body
RidingWyvernArmoredArmor_Red.blp -This is the texture on the armor

I know which files are which, cuz I got the model viewer, just can't find the gyphon armor file and stuff.

If you just use the file as it is, it will change all the Red Armored Wyvern you see to what you see in the screenshot. But you can edit the file to make it whatever you want.
