Regarding world changing, I use the MEFix purely for cosmetic changes, swapping a building around starts to border the 'cheat' zone which I don't actually want anything to do with.

Changing the colours of the buildings to a more High Elven scheme however I won't say no to, just no direct editing on the buildings themselves

With mounts, do people prefer Hawkstriders, or a Palamino (non elite) Horse?

This is actually very good, you should just make the skin a bit more white and no so much blood-elf ish. (Check the blood elf in Terokkar)

Sadly i would say that hawkstrider would be more of the highelf look, but then again so would the dark horses (much like the Belf Pally mount). It would be nice, if u did do the hawkstriders that the color schemes on them less.... eye soring bright.

Even some edits to skinning the colors darker but adding more blues to them or something would be nice.

Building wise, I didn't mean anything cheat lvl of changing the buildings, most of the highelf stuff from W3 still looked like nightelf just blue all over it, and perhaps it could be something like that. Banner changes would follow that too i suppose, and possible boat and taxi mount edits.

Instead of hippogrif to the dragonhawks in the starting areas of Belf country.

For the boat, more like the one that is docked in the same area as the dragonhawks. I know it can be done, someone on here changed the Booty to ratchet to that.

lastly and prolly last on list but the starting cloths for the classes to be maybe a blue version of the Belf starting sets?

Like i said, this is all just my suggestions to things that would take this patch from epic to artifact, but ppl would have to be willing to invest the time.

I actually redid the Night Elf edit to only use the light skin tones of the Blood Elves, I also had agreed that the darker tones seemed a bit off for them.

Although it's only in the Night Elf version of the patch so far.

Actually the main thing I wanted to do next, was change the racial descriptions. But I don't know which DBC file they're located it

Hey dude i like your Modelchange x -> HighElf. It's really cool. And i wanted to ask you if you can make NE -> HU i self made one. And its almost perfekt but when i try to let the NE tatto disappear etc i get some "Black lines" on the head. And if i change the links to the textures in the ChrSections DBG my ZA trolls are bugged and only white models.

But in your NE -> HighElf change there is everythin perfekt so i wanted to ask if you can help me to fix my problems. Or if you can make one by yourself.

Changing the DBC file and causing ZA trolls to break means you're not using the most current DBC files, open the Patch-2.mpq and find your file, if it's not there then look in the Patch.mpq file.

That should solve the problem.

I opened patch.mpq and patch-2.mpq but in both mpq's are no dbc files.
I made a screen of the problem I have when I make the tattos dissapear.

My keyboard is the only PS2... And SOMEBODY.. (me paps! >.>) had to re-install windows on a pc that the motherboard died on... So.. now I have this very tiny almost laptop like keyboard.. wich sucks like hell.

I will pack them in Noodelspecial.mpq for you ^-^ Once I am done. Expect around 5 days for it without the Baked NPC's. Those will take a little longer

Yeah, that's my bad, you're meant to be digging in the Data/En-US or En-GB folder for Patch-enUS/enGB-2.mpq or Patch-enUS/enGB.mpq for the DBC files.

Thx for the tip with mpq it works now very nais , but how can i change the Haircolor?
I changed race in the DBC ChrRaces, so can I change the Hair normal way. With changing the Hair color name i have with that i want to have? I alrady tested it but it didn't work that way when i change race in DBC. Same with skin color :/.

Make sure that you are running WoW through WoWME and hitting F8 b4 you click connect otherwise WoW aborts, or self closes.

This could be vista only but I think its with all versions out there.
