Not sure if i would say it looks as his mount..
Look at his horse in WC3 TFT ?
And also lore generally says he rides atop a Skeltal Warhorse like all death-knights.. According to sources his mount(And in general death-knights) will be like the those of the four horsemen from Naxx..
Lore says that " The mighty death-knights rode atop great & noble skeletal steeds that stood nearly as high as the rider himself "
