EDIT: Ah silly me - the hyperlink link which you get to the bear form but if you copypaste then one that's said
("[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]") into the url thingy you get to download the cat form

Having some problems:

When I go into Cat Form, I get the Bear Form.

But, when I go into Bear Form, I'm still the same Bear, as if I didn't install any patches at all.

I'm sure it's a quick fix, any help would be awesome.

Make sure you don't have any patches with a higher number that may affect the forms. Try re-downloading the patches and placing them in your data folder, delete the old ones.
