Great post, here some of my contribution:

BloodElf female to Gnome Female (with the helmfix): [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
BloodElf female to Human Male (with the helmfix): [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
And also, something I've done for me a week ago: warhorse and purple hawkstrider into the old school human mount (white stallion [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] ) with the mpq for the purple hawkstrider into the yellow old school human mount: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I haven't been able to test these mpq since the 2.3 because I haven't a working ModelEditFix.exe but I think they still work !

Edit: here are some other mpq that already are in the list but they have the helmfix!

No, we cant. Like you are unable to read existing Questions in the matching forum. And don't say you didn't found it there. There are around 10 threads for the 2.3 one. (about its non-existency.)
