Tried a few of the links and the download limit was exceeded.

I am still getting errors using this revamped stuff any advice?
The troll M -> undead M just cant get it to work

I'm confused. It does not work for me, i get an error. I simply put the mpq-file in my data folder and run wow. Have I missed something?

Alliance to Alliance uploaded, uploading Alliance to Horde. After this it's going to be little packs of updates:

Humans to X Pack
Orcs to X Pack

And so on, until all the missing ones are finished then the 4 large rar's will be updated and contain all the race conversions.

The race model change aspect of these files require a fix to work on live servers.

As of now there isn't a working one posted to the general public.

For now you could just remove the model part and deal with the textures and sounds, although yourr toon will look pretty odd
