Tradix 5, a moonkin druid movie on wom spot light is giving a link to his blog in order to get information on model changing. The blog contain a link to mmowned.

I have been looking for a website like mmowned for a long time and have never been able to find anything decent/free untill today.

I would hate to see Blizzard nerf model editing because to many people know how to do it.

I think the right thing to do would be to PM Tradix and ask him to remove mmowned from his blog?

Also I would like to know if there is any way for blizzard to find out if someone is using skins change?

No one should care i dont believe because if anything, it will get MMOwned more members who may contribute to the site. Least thats my take on it

Well maybe you're right...

Im still a bit confused with the illegal aspect of model editing.

If Blizzard ban people for using model editing, why do I see some people make movies with those skins change? They aren't afraid at all?

The fat cow and Nerf druid 4 are the most popular druid pvp movies on wom and I am pretty sure none of them ever got ban for using skins...

So, how can blizzard find out if you're using model editing? if a movie is not enough... are they really banning people or trying to discourage them?

I still don't have a clear answer about how blizzard can find out and ban you for using skins change..

the more people that endorse MMOwned the better. just don't be stupid enough to include your name or server on any posts/screens/vids, and you'll be fine :P

Offtopic: Yesterday I asked gm how they can find out if someone is using Model Edits, he said that Warden can detect Model edits but it takes so much time to check computer, so they don't check any1 unless player has said "I am using model edits lololololo omfgg ima a gnome paladin loolol", I think.
Ontopic: It is 99.99% safe to use skins, if you don't tell any1 your model editing, you wont get banned.

lol i talk about model editing everyday in guild chat like how i walk thro the walls and stuff.... i've even used model edits in MAG's to get outta combat when my raid dies haha never got a warning oor anything. been useing model editing for over a year

I've just read oliax's PM and deleted the links to mmowned.com.
I've also deleted the link to "Tauren Druid - New feral forms! (revised)" (I can't post the link to the thread, need 3 posts oO) which means that people who download the skins from my page won't be able to thank the original author for his work...

I think blizzard are fine with model editing if its only as minor as changing cat form or something as it doesn't give you a major advantage over your opponent etc..

You don't have to link it, I'm fine with just mentioning my name if anything. It isn't traceable to mmowned with just that, and it gives credit.

By the way, the video was really good ^^
I can't find myself in the near future in the 5v5 bracket if it is as chaotic as the video showed it though, damn that was messy.
