Sup!

I was trying get some items from the bc files working on my chars on the current wow game, 1,12 version.

I got some wands working fine, and all weapons, sword, staves, what i tried put in, i got only the green weapon without textures, i moved the .blp to the right place with the m2, but nothing O.o

I tried put some t4 items, the warr t4 shoulders shows the texture very well, but there is a glow, what stay only the green blocks...

And finaly the big question and my big wish, i tried change my voidwalker for some BC mobs, i got the black shade (from priest spell i think) working fine, then i tried use one VoidLord mob, the m2 shows fine, but withou the textures on his armor, and the "aura", the background, shows green, like on the warr t4 O.o

The same happen on the lock t4 helm, what use the same background texture i think....

Anyone know how to get those textures working on the 1,12 wow, and where they are on the bc files????

Wow, this wasnt a question, or request post, Im trying start an thread to discuss about geting the BC files in the current wow, to talk about methods and those things, but ok, im moving to request.

Did you tried do those changes to see how they work?

The trick is the default voidwalker is a generic 1 model, 1 texture mob, the voidlord is a composite model, with separate textures for the model and the body, so when he imported them in game the body showed up fine, but the armor was untextured.
What he is asking is for a way to change the model makeup of the voidwalker to include extra textures

Exactly, i think that can be made by add'ing the new textures IDs to load it up with the void model, dunno how, but i think there is a way to add this to the right model dbc ...

See now where I'm stuck is I don't know what to edit I've played with both CreatureDisplayInfo and CreatureDisplayInforExtra, so I'm not sure which to edit.. I'll keep trying

You cant get this working on when the games load, or its crashing the game?

Okay, so i keep converting the dbc to csv, editing in csved, but everytime I convert back to dbc, the problem is that in wow studio, everyplace where it would read lets say "GRYPHON_SKIN01" it will say #Error#, am I doing something wrong?

dbc editing is the way, make SURE to edit CreatureDisplayInfo.dbc, i'll make the file this weekend when i have time, i'll also post a guide on how to do dbc editing later.

It looks like a problem with the mws, maybe try edit it with other apps and you will get this working, i really apreciate if anyone get the t4 and bc weapons working fine on the current wow game

Btw, anyone know what is the lock and voidlord bg aura texture file?

for the warrior tier 4 shoulders

make sure the shoulder ponytail/ponytailsparks are in the head folder and not hte shoulders, confusing i know, but it worked for me
