Just put it into your World of Warcraft\Data folder and if you already have a patch-3.mpq, rename it to patch-#.mpq, # being any number 4-9!

Run the ModelEditFix to avoid errors!

Is there any way to turn the felguard to perhaps a Hatecryer (the green Shivarra)?
I've found one on another site but it looks like a beta model, chunky and lacking the detail of the current models.

Would it be possible to change the Imp into a Doomwhisperer? I'm affliction so I always roll with my Imp but I'd rather be looking at one of these the whole time.
