noggit has nothing to do with that? its just terrain .. that will help you in no way at reskinning.

I've done a little on Westfall, far from finished, and the ground textures need to match the grid better (dunno how to do that :/)

LowK3y, if you just need to edit Kalimdor + Azeroth there is a way to get the Nogg-IT maps from 1.12.1 working with 2.1.3, PM me if you want more info on that
