The chance of you actually getting caught is very slim, although it can happen - and when it does, it can be anything from a 72-hour warning to a permanent ban. Andrige has already stated that you can get banned from this, and he takes no responsibility if you are.

I think it may be on the borderline of extreme slim-chance of getting caught, unless you're doing stuff like changing campfires to stairs or the like.
However, with the recent development to Warden to instantly detect and I think it was banning people who uses Glider, I should be a bit careful each patch.
Also, no record or forum reports for someone getting caught using cosmetical changes, and I mean there's plenty of people who discuss and say they are using this mod on the official WoW-forums, both EU and US, and I haven't read anything about banning. Can recall someone talking about forum ban.
So, just be a bit cautious when patching or using the /yell to say you are using illegal mods in Ironfroge, otherwise this will most likely NOT affect your gameplay and haven't done for me the last two years.

The eyes don't glow for my travel form as a night elf, i don't know yet if this applies to the tauren cheetah as well. would someone please help me with this.

for some reason the staff doesnt show on the worgen (Cat form NE) and that was one of the cooler things about it imo. any reason for this?
