Can you please help me out to get these skinns work? I havent got a clue even though I read your instructions and did them :S please help me andrige! |

The file you download is a .RAR file. Open it and remove the .MPQ files from inside and place them on your desktop. You should have 5 .MPQ files: - SPELLSOUNDpatch-9.MPQ
- WORGENpatch-8.MPQ
- STAGpatch-7.MPQ
- CAT&BEARpatch-6.MPQ
- TAURENMOONKINpatch-5.MPQ
Remove the "SPELLSOND", "WORGEN", "STAG", "CAT&BEAR" and "TAURENMOONKIN" prefixes from the .MPQ files, so you should be left with: - patch-9.MPQ
- patch-8.MPQ
- patch-7.MPQ
- patch-6.MPQ
- patch-5.MPQ
Put these files into your C:\Program Files\World of WarCraft\Data folder. Start up the game and enjoy Andridge's amazing model edits!!

These files are awesome! I have no idea how you guys figure things like this out, it's really amazing.
Only thing is, would it be possible to put horns onto the cat form model? I'm so used to seeing them it sort-of bothers me when they're not there. (I'm not asking you to change all your hard work just because I like horns, just asking if it's possible for me to edit them myself.  )

I know there's always people out there that will never be happy and that don't understand the amount of work that gets put into these things (for free, no less), but don't let it get you down. You've provided an amazing opportunity for people all over the world to fix a problem that's been simmering in the hearts of Druids since WoW came out. We appreciate it, keep it it up, mate. |

Hello Andrige, I'd like to congratulate you on your amazing work you did with this reskins. I'm even more impressed that you did a Moonkin reskin (  ).
I have done my own reskins and I'm currently using my own. Nothing as impressive as yours, I only placed the Black Lion skin on the cat model and the White Skin on the bear. Not great, but is has given me a laugh.
If I may be so bold to ask you something. I'm working on a Moonkin reskin of my own. Trying to get the Lunaclaw skin on my Tauren Druid, but I can't (for the love of all that is great) find the Moonkin file on this mess of a game. And since you have a model reskin for the Moonkin, could you please tell me where did you find the file? I have looked everywhere and to no avail. I mean... I can find all my forms, even tree form, but I have never found my Moonkin form.
Any help would be appreciated.

This is a sick mod. I love the decorations on the forms, such as jewelry and runes and such, it makes the forms grittier and have much more personality.
I just noticed the druid cat form in the picture is a different model (now a lion rather than a reskinned nedruidcat lynx) that what I have been using, I don't know if thats a recent update or what but it looks nice. I know you were saying something about manes and the difficulty of reskinning those models or something, but is it possible to reskin the original "slackjaw" tauren cat form with all those great looking colors, runes, and jewelry?? |

CREATURE\DruidOwlbear\ <contains all textures and related models>
A tip is also using a .TGA>.BLP converter, if you're going to work with creatures that has manes etc the .TGA format is MUCH better for textures.
Just remember to use the default alpha-channel that you can find in the exported texturefiles.
@elseagoat: Yeah it is possible to reskin the original model for Tauren Catform, but really... http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e2...renCatform.jpg ... makes me reconsider.
Besides, I need to take care of things now, up til' now I have not been doing anything... work... study and so on, I took a year off but now I need to get active again. Gonna start finding a job and consider what to read at the university until next period comes up. |

I just wanna say great work! And Thanks for making it somewhat bearable to play tauren druid, I have a high level nightelf druid, but when I dinged 20 with my tauren I realised how bloody ugly they were in catform, never paid any attention to this before.
